The Form

So I have been working on producing the model as per the design that I had developed. At this point I feel as though I have messed up quite a few aspect of the design. Overall the design looked as to be going well, but as the modelling progressed it could be seen that a few badly place sketches and features that I had made earlier had made it much more difficult to model.

This is what the current model looks like:

So overall the model looks like its coming along, but if you look at the model more closely as well as using some of the evaluation tools, it can be seen there are are clear parts of the model that are not very organic or they have a bad surface finish.

So looking at the model u can see the front and underside both lack nice curvature. when looking at it in zebra strips the surface finish can be seen. Using the curvature evaluation tools, you can see that there is also pinch points along the front of the mouse and the sides.

At this point I think I am going to restart the entire mouse from scratch going with a different design.
